Hinge Joint and Fixed Knot Joint Field Fence Inquiry

We are power plant service company based on Thailand currently looking for your quotation for the supply of field fences as per the below specifications:

Commodity: Galvanized hot-dipped field fence.

Type of wire: Low carbon steel wire.

Wire diameters: approx. Ø2.5mm for inner wire and approx. Ø3.5mm for outer wire (exact wire diameter to be advised by supplier).

Finish: Hot-dipped galvanizing of 100 gr/m² or heavier.

Guaranty Tensile Strengths: Horizontal wire: 80-90 kgs/mm², Vertical wire: 40-50 kgs/mm².

Joint Type: Hinge joint / fixed knot joint.

Packing: 100m/roll.

Sizes and Numbers:

• Length of mesh size: 150mm.
• Height: see quantity below.
• Numbers of horizontal wires: to be advised by supplier.

Quantity:

1. For height of 0.9m.: 50 rolls (for hinge joint) + another 20 rolls (for fixed knot joint).
2. For height of 1.2m.: 100 rolls (for hinge joint) + another 40 rolls (for fixed knot joint).
3. For height of 1.5m.: 100 rolls (for hinge joint) + another 40 rolls (for fixed knot joint).
4. For height of 1.8m.: 50 rolls (for hinge joint) + another 20 rolls (for fixed knot joint).
5. For height of 2.0m.: 50 rolls (for hinge joint) + another 20 rolls (for fixed knot joint).

Price basis: FOB China seaport.

Questions:

1. Is price for 50m/roll packing same as 100m/roll?, can we mix packing when purchase?
2. Please provide all detailed specification of each quoted item, including unit weight.
3. What is the approximated net weight of total wire fences to be ordered for full fitting in 1x20' container?
